I had Cathy paint Topper for my dad. Topper, a Maltese, was my dad’s constant companion for many years. He taught himself to ring the bell with his paw when he wanted a treat. It’s amazing to me how much of Topper’s personality Cathy was able to capture in this painting.  My father will treasure this picture for years to come!
