The mailman delivered a surprise gift from my very dear friend. I couldn’t imagine what it could possibly be so, imagine my shock when I opened the box and saw my beloved Nellie looking back at me! As tears of appreciation streamed down my cheeks, I looked over to see Nellie looking at me with a bit of puzzlement and her “look of love”. The same look captured in the painting. I will forever cherish this very special gift!!
