Sammie is an 8 year old Siberian Husky. He was rescued when he was only one year old, malnourished, and severely neglected. Every time I look at Cathy’s painting, I ask myself a question… Who rescued WHO? Sammie has brought so much joy and balance to my life. Cathy’s painting clearly shows Sammie’s confidence and steadfast attitude, while at the same time displays his loving eyes that make me feel so valued every time he looks at me. I cherish my priceless painting by Cathy almost as much as I cherish my sweet Sammie.
